📆RESCHEDULING :
DM to reschedule. One reschedule per month and only within the same month . Must be done 48 hours in advance . Once the 48hr timeframe has passed , a new deposit is required to reschedule. Moving to a later month requires a new deposit.
🚫CANCELLATIONS :
A cancellation notice Must be made 48 hrs in advance . All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. No call/ No shows will be automatically charged 50% of the service not including the Deposit .
⏰LATE ARRIVALS :
Please arrive at your scheduled time. if you are 10 minutes late ,theres a $15 late fee . 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled. No exceptions.
🤒 SICK POLICY:
If you are sick ( coughing, runny nose, cold, flu) stay home and reschedule. Clients who arrive visibly sick will be sent home and their deposit will be forfeited.
👯♀️GUEST :
Only the client being serviced is allowed.
💅BARE HANDS FOR NEW SETS :
If you’re getting a NEW set , please arrive with bare nails, no acrylic, gel , or previous product . If removal is needed but wasn’t booked ahead of time , your appointment will be shortened or cancelled.
🧼NO FUNGUS OR DAMAGED NAILS :
For the safety of all my clients, i do not work on nails with signs of fungus, infection, or severe damage. If you arrive with any of these conditions your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
